Property Owner Association Dues
2023 Dues are $578.00
Dues invoices will be emailed to each household in January and are due January 31st.
Dues can be paid online from your dues invoice email. Alternatively, payments may be mailed to the Association.
Late charges will be added:
March 1st — $50.00
April 1st — an additional $50.00 ($100.00 total)
May 1st — an additional $50.00 ($150.00 total) and the lien process will begin on the property of all homeowners who have not paid their dues. Suspension of all rights and privileges for use of Monarch View common grounds, including the pool and all activities, is in effect until dues are paid in full plus any and all legal processing fees and interest accrued. Names of delinquent homeowners will be published online and also be placed at the pool or during events/activities.

Annual Homeowner Meeting
The yearly homeowner’s meeting is the fourth Wednesday in July. The homeowner's board meets bi-monthly to maintain and grow our community. The board is made up of volunteer homeowners who take a personal interest in helping maintain Monarch View. If you are interested in joining the board or would like more information please contact us. We really do appreciate our volunteers!

Trash and Recycling
Each homeowner is responsible for their trash and recycling. You may hire the trash hauler of their choice – monthly rates vary depending upon the hauler chosen. All licensed residential trash haulers can offer yard waste pickup and are required to offer curbside recycling to residents. Additional fees may apply for yard waste and curbside recycling services, which vary depending on the hauler chosen.
