Our annual Homeowner Association meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday of July at 7:30 pm. A reminder and the location of the annual meeting will be communicated to homeowners as this date approaches.

Additionally, the Monarch View Board officers meet routinely to maintain and grow our community.  The board is made up of volunteer homeowners who take a personal interest in helping maintain Monarch View.  If you are interested in joining the board or would like more information please contact us.  We really do appreciate our volunteers!
