Monarch View Board Members

Board members are elected at the Annual Property Owner’s Association Meeting in July and serve 2 year terms. If you are interested in serving on the board please let us know.  We are always looking for volunteers to serve!

Board Member Positions

President: presides over monthly meetings. They signs checks and receive the bulk of correspondence through email or calls and must delegate to appropriate board member. The PRESIDENT sees that all orders and resolutions of the board are carried out.

Vice-President: shall act in the place instead of the President in the event of his/her absence, inability, or refusal to act, and shall perform all such other duties as required by the Board, including enforcement of the Covenants and Restrictions, and shall serve as the chair of the Architectural Review Board referred to in Article XI of these ByLaws.

Secretary: shall record the votes and keep the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board and of the members; keep the corporate seal of the Association, if any; serve notice of meetings of the Board and of the members; keep appropriate current records showing the members of the Association together with their addresses, and shall perform such other duties as required by the Board.

Treasurer: shall receive and deposit in appropriate bank accounts all monies of the Association, and shall disburse such funds as directed by resolution of the Board of Directors.  They sign all checks and promissory notes, keep proper books of account, cause an annual audit of the Association books to be made by a public accountant at the completion of each fiscal year, and prepare an annual budget and a statement of income and expenditures. The TREASURER is a large position but having a resident serve in this role is a tremendous savings to our annual budget.

Pool Director: oversees the general upkeep of the pool by working with vendors that are currently in place, as needed. The POOL DIRECTOR also estimates and then works within an approved annual budget to maintain and improve our pool. Also included is the maintenance of pool access for residents.

Grounds Director: oversees the general upkeep of all common grounds by working with vendors, as needed, for mowing, sprinklers, etc. They estimate expenses and then work within an approved annual budget to maintain and improve our development.

Activities Director: coordinates activities for the enjoyment of the community. Past events have been an Easter egg hunt, summer BBQ and Fall Fest.
